Our School

Indroducing our school
Pre-school
A warm, nurturing environment where your child takes their first steps in language; in physical development; and in social-emotional growth. In practice, we offer a child daily exploration of the beautiful worlds of reading, number, music, movement, art, and drama.
To balance your child’s day, we have a lovely 800 sq metre garden with a vegetable plot, mature trees, a natural adventure playground, playhouses and an outdoor classroom, all of which your child can access for most of the day.
Primary
20 children and two adults per class gives us an excellent ratio of 1 adult to 10 children.
Warm, close bonds mean we can guide each child through each new stage of their learning. Each child learns at their own pace, inspired to reach as high as s/he can.
Small classes allow us to go deeply into story making, performance, creativity with numbers, a dynamic approach to science, and exciting project work led by the children’s own interests.
Secondary
Our young adults aged 11-16 are cared for by our dedicated team, who help them to grow assertive, empathic and intellectually bold. Our approach remains pupil-centred, with debates, performances, experiments and a focus on global issues. At 14- 16, our young adults are prepared for the UK-government official exams, but always in a stress-free, caring environment, allowing them to flourish and continue to love learning. Our GCSE exam results at 16 are exceptional.
